Brent Hoover is the writer, director, producer, and composer for The Odyssey of Destiny™. After graduation, he founded Hoover Studios, LLC in June 2013. He is a MBA alumnus of University of North Carolina Greensboro. He graduated from the University of South Carolina Aiken with a Bachelor of Science in business management and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the highest international business honor society. Mr. Hoover previously worked as a student consultant for a Fortune 200 subsidiary in the fuel management industry, as well as a fiscal analyst for Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, a nuclear facility federal contractor. Trey Workman is the art director for The Odyssey of Destiny™. As a man of many talents, Trey is the film's "skeleton key." He has worked on every film project with Brent in the past. Additionally, he has graduated with a BA in Fine Arts from University of South Carolina Aiken and has won numerous art competitions, while freelancing for local businesses in Aiken. Mr. Workman used his artistic knowledge to ensure Brent’s vision translated into the final product.

Zach Pappas plays the role of Christian Adkins in The Odyssey of Destiny™. Zach was a local Wilmington film and theatre actor. His most recent role was that of Rick in James Wan's hit horror blockbuster The Conjuring. Prior to that, Zach also appeared in The Lion in Winter, locally produced by Big Dawg Productions and directed by Robb Mann. The play went on to win Best Production at the 2012 Wilmington Theatre Awards. Zach is also a member of Pineapple-Shaped Lamps, Wilmington, NC's premiere award-winning sketch comedy/theatre troupe, where he writes and performs original sketch comedy in the style of Saturday Night Live. You can catch Pineapple-Shaped Lamps' monthly show PSL Presents at TheatreNOW on the first Wednesday of every month at 8pm. Zach is currently in the process of pursuing his acting dream in Hollywood, CA.

Katelyn Farrugia plays the role of Jen in The Odyssey of Destiny™. This is Katelyn's first screen role and debut into the film industry. As an actor in the Wilmington film and theatre community, Katelyn appeared as Mariana in Wilmington's Shakespeare on the Green production of Measure for Measure. Having graduated in 2011 with a BA in Broadcast Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Katelyn currently studies at Insight School of Acting. She played the role of Lancaster Daughter # 2 on Fox's Sleepy Hollow. Most recently, she was cast as Jen in Joshua C. Allen's upcoming short, Yesterday's Gone. She is represented by STW Talent Agency and resides here in Wilmington, NC.

Rob Springer is the director of photography, as well as The Magistrate in The Odyssey of Destiny™. Rob has done several lead and featured roles in films as well as popular music videos, print & TV ads. Originally a NYC-based actor and 25+ year TV producer, Rob's momentum in acting is a product of his dedication to the craft, and his on-camera diversity. Now an actor with STW Agency in Wilmington, NC, Rob has been a producer, cinematographer, director and on-camera/voice-over talent since 1987. His career started in New York City at CBS Sports and led to the position of studio manager and part-time talent at one of NYC top acting schools. Rob resides in Hilton Head, SC and is focused on his professional acting career. Rob can be seen as Dr. Carter in Bombshell Bloodbath.

Don Hartman plays the role of Talon Adkins in The Odyssey of Destiny™. Don is from Winston-Salem, North Carolina and is a seasoned actor for over 25 years. Don has worked as an actor in theater, film, TV, etc. Don's most famous role to date is in The History Channel's Emmy-nominated The World Wars where he was featured as the WWII era General George S. Patton. He was also seen in June, 2013, as “Charles Green”, in the Army Wives episode, “Damaged,” opposite Eve Plumb. Don started his training as an actor at the North Carolina School of the Arts, in Winston Salem, after a friend convinced him to audition. He was accepted into the program full-time and acting has been his passion ever since. Other roles include the independent film, “Red Dirt Rising,” based on the birth of NASCAR, and in the film “An Evergreen Christmas,” starring Robert Loggia and Naomi Judd.

Quinten Johnson plays the role of Lt. Robert Smith in The Odyssey of Destiny™. He is a local Wilmington actor and honor graduate of University of North Carolina Wilmington in acting. He’s appeared in multiple plays and indie films, in addition to making appearances on television for Fox's Sleepy Hollow, ABC Family’s Teen Spirit and Syfy’s American Warships. His major role as “Craig Hill” in Frat Brothers, which stars Romeo Miller (Lil Romeo), Darrin Dewitt Henson, and Mishon Ratliff, was released on BET in October.

Elena Lazorishak plays the role of Ava in The Odyssey of Destiny™. Elena’s credits include a supporting role in the feature film Dinner with the Alchemist set to release in 2015. She recently appeared in an episode of The American Revolution on the American Heroes Channel, the short film Black Eyes by Rick Spears and the parody The Black Friday Games by Bard Tales Productions. She has also appeared in several short films and received the Best Actor award for her performance in Foiled an Adrenaline Project short film at the 2012 Virginia Film Festival. She is trained by acting coaches Lana Young and Aaron Jackson. Elena enjoys writing and illustrating stories, as well as dancing, fencing and playing the piano.

Joshua C. Allen plays the role of Baron Adkins in The Odyssey of Destiny™. Joshua is a Wilmington, NC actor who was born in southern California. He was recently cast in the feature-length film, Two-Eleven. He appeared on Episode 9 on Fox's Sleepy Hollow as the character, Nelson Greaves. Joshua has also been seen as Caleb Weavers on Discovery Channel's A Haunting, as is expected to be seen on AMC's TURN: Washington's Spies later this year. Before the role of Baron Adkins, he was showcased in the national TV show called, What Would You Do For Love on UP TV. He also landed the lead in the short film, Bottled Up. He is continuously improving his acting skills through acting classes and workshops. Joshua is currently spearheading his 1st short, Yesterday's Gone. Working on the craft and staying involved is his # 1 priority. FYI: he loves his dogs, Lilly, Zoey and Storm!

Don A. King plays the role of Admiral Horace in The Odyssey of Destiny™ and served as the film's associate producer. Don moved to Wilmington 18 years ago to embrace his passion for film. He worked as producer on many films before deciding to move to the front of the camera. As an actor he has appeared in many productions and was recently featured on CBS’s Under the Dome. He was also featured in Arthur Newman alongside actor’s Colin Firth, Emily Blunt and David Andrews. Locally he had starred in several independent films such as: A Dream on Fire, Anhedonia, The Brannigan Account and Communication: The Lost Art. He was recently seen in Darius Rucker's music video, What God Wants For Christmas. Don is happily married to Yvette King. Together they have three children and two grandchildren.

Meredith Jackson plays the role of older Ava in The Odyssey of Destiny™. She has studied theatre while attending University of Hawaii at Manoa. Her most recent credit is Fatal Encounters (Blood Mountain Murder), which aired July 11th, 2013. Her other credits include Ipseity, Hunting, and Degrees of Lucky. She will also be heard in the new SpongeBob SquarePants movie. Meredith continues to study acting in Wilmington, NC and is represented by STW Talent Agency.

Devin McGee plays the role of Steven Bernard in The Odyssey of Destiny™. A resident of Wilmington, NC, Devin has been acting professionally in film and television for the past decade. His more recent credits include a recurring role on the popular CW series One Tree Hill, a guest star spot on NBC's Revolution and a supporting role in Syfy’s American Warships. He was also featured in Fox's Sleepy Hollow.

Ben Henson is the on-set sound recorder and mixer for The Odyssey of Destiny™. He graduated from UNC Wilmington in 2012 with a Major in Film Studies and a Minor in Creative Writing. He is a founding member of the award-winning Wilmington, NC based sketch and theatre troupe Pineapple-Shaped Lamps for which he acts, writes, and operates as the Head of Sound. Ben was also nominated for Best Sound Design at the 2013 Wilmington Theater Awards for A Pineapple-Shaped Show. Ben also provided his sound services for the feature-length film, Two-Eleven and Joshua C. Allen's short, Yesterday's Gone.

Michele Seidman plays the role of Ellen Adkins in The Odyssey of Destiny™. She has worked in the entertainment industry for nearly 40 years from stage to television, film and animation. Some of the better known films she has worked on include Empire Records, Dangerous Lives of AlterBoys, Dingalingless, and the multi award winning short A Little Mouth to Feed by Jack Daniel Stanley. On TV, she was a regular on the soap opera Another Life portraying Jill Hanson and is credited for Dawson's Creek, The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles, Going to California, and more. Most recently she worked on Hannah Sinks new short film June Bug. Michele directed her first short film A Dream on Fire which has earned many laurels and was submitted to the film festival circuit for 2013-2014. She is currently working on another short, Stinky Feet: The Short Film.

Tanner Martinelli plays the role of Warrant Officer Jennings in The Odyssey of Destiny™. Tanner is a 22-year old native of Burlington, NC. Two years ago, he moved to Wilmington to further his acting career. Tanner is represented by STW Talent Agency.

Aaron Pate is the lead Visual Effects (VFX) Artist for The Odyssey of Destiny™. He is an accomplished freelancer based in the Greenville/Spartanburg, SC area. During his VFX tenure, he has worked on feature films such as Wheels and Angry Video Game Nerd: The Movie. Thanks to a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and a minor in film studios,
